Diagnostic scope and conditions

What you contract

A cost diagnostic of a Google Cloud data platform, including a spend overview and an in-depth BigQuery analysis. The standard scope costs €1,350 plus taxes applicable to the particular transaction.

• One billing account and up to three Google Cloud projects.
• An overview of data-platform spend and an in-depth BigQuery analysis.
• One production environment and one logical region, agreed before starting.
• Between 30 and 90 days of existing data, subject to availability.
• Up to 20 query families and five prioritised recommendations.
• A report, explanatory video, optional review of up to 60 minutes and one clarification round within seven days of delivery.

Production changes, building a data warehouse, implementing recommendations, on-call support and an in-depth audit of every Google Cloud service are excluded. Implementation requires a separate scope and authorisation.

Before payment

The form requests a fit review; it does not create a contract or reserve capacity. Before contracting, you receive the service provider's professional identity and billing details, scope, data period, deliverables, start date, delivery window and tax-inclusive total in writing. Any variation requires your express acceptance.

Contracting requires accepting that proposal. After the written proposal is accepted, payment is made through a private Stripe-hosted link. This form does not request card details.

Analysis data and permissions

We agree a minimum inventory of exports or read-only access within the client's environment. The form does not request passwords or keys. Sharing personal or confidential data requires any necessary processing agreement beforehand. Permissions, working location, retention and deletion are documented before work starts.

Cloud Billing exports do not always include data from before activation. BigQuery JOBS history has its own retention limits and permissions. We check what is available before contracting; we do not promise to reconstruct missing history.

Delivery and acceptance

You receive the baseline and its limitations, the BigQuery analysis and up to five recommendations with evidence, estimated effort, risks and measurement methods. An explanatory video, an optional review of up to 60 minutes and one clarification round within seven days are included. Request correction by email if an agreed deliverable is missing or contains a verifiable error. Scope changes are quoted separately.

Results and subsequent changes

The diagnostic may conclude that an optimisation is not worthwhile. Savings estimates depend on workload, prices, commitments and client decisions; they are not guarantees. This service does not change production systems. Implementation requires separately agreed authorisation, tests and a rollback plan.

Cancellation and availability

You may cancel before the agreed start and receive a full refund of the diagnostic payment. Once work has started, the completed portion is documented and the amount corresponding to work not performed is refunded. If we cannot provide the accepted service, we offer an alternative date for your acceptance or the appropriate refund. These conditions do not limit applicable statutory rights.

Your inquiry data

Agile DataWarehouse uses your name, professional email, organisation, billing territory, technical answers and description to evaluate and respond to your request, prepare a proposal and manage a contracted service. Completing the form does not add you to a marketing list.

The request is stored privately in Google Cloud and notified to the service mailbox through the domain's email infrastructure. The form does not load Stripe or send it your answers. If you later pay through Stripe, the payment provider processes information entered on its page; the professional's conditions and billing details are confirmed beforehand.

We retain information as needed to handle the request and, if contracted, meet applicable legal obligations. Contact info@agiledwh.com to request access, correction, deletion or other action regarding your data. The responsible professional's complete identity is provided before contracting.

Analytics is optional and activates only after acceptance. Rejecting it does not prevent a request. You can change your choice through Analytics settings. An essential language-preference cookie remembers an explicit language choice for up to 180 days; it is separate from analytics.
