Privacy policy
How website inquiries, language preferences and optional analytics are handled.
Information collected
The contact form collects your name, work email, company, project description, selected language and the starting point and service page of your inquiry. You can optionally add your platform and preferred start window. The diagnostic form also collects billing territory, spend range, project count, billing model, data availability, authorisation context and scope/privacy acknowledgements. Do not send credentials or confidential records.
Purpose and storage
Inquiry information is used to review your request, respond and maintain inbound opportunity and delivery records. Hosting, request handling and private JSON submission storage use Google Cloud. Email notifications use the domain mailbox infrastructure configured for Agile DataWarehouse.
Language preferences
The functional adw_language cookie remembers an explicit language selection for up to 180 days. The homepage and automatic diagnostic entry can otherwise use browser language preferences, without looking up your location. Specific language URLs remain available. This preference is separate from analytics.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics loads only after Accept analytics. Rejecting keeps it blocked and the website and forms remain available. Existing visits and cookies are not treated as consent. If accepted, optional inquiry attribution can include the landing page, referrer host and campaign parameters held in session storage. Rejection clears this attribution and excludes it from your inquiry.
Changing your analytics choice
Your choice is stored for up to 180 days. Use Analytics settings to change it. Withdrawal clears accessible Google Analytics cookies and session attribution and reloads the page to stop loaded analytics. It does not undo data already sent while consent was active. If browser storage is unavailable, the choice applies to the current page and you may be asked again.
Abuse prevention and security
The website temporarily uses the IP address in server memory to limit repeated submissions. It is not stored in the contact submission record. Reasonable security measures are used, but no internet transmission or storage can be guaranteed fully secure.
